Set4Pets – Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Set4Pets (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases and use of the

Set4Pets Premium Pet Carrier Backpack (the “Product”). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, including our

Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Product Use & Safety

• The Product is designed for cats and small dogs up to 25 lbs (11 kg).

• The Secure Positioning System (SPS) with triple anchoring is intended to enhance safety when properly used with a

seatbelt.

• The expandable front compartment should not be used when the Product is secured as a car seat.

• The Product is not a crash-tested restraint system. Use responsibly and at your own discretion.

• Pets must never be left unattended in the Product. Improper use may void warranty rights.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Payment is due at checkout through accepted payment methods (major credit cards, PayPal, or other displayed options).

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or stock issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States.

• Delivery times vary by carrier, destination, and seasonal factors.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our control.

5. Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, products that show signs of pet use (fur, odors, scratches, or stains) cannot be accepted for

return unless defective.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is

defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@set4pets.com before sending your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards.

• Final sale or clearance items.

• Items returned after 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a

replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please email support@set4pets.com with your order number and details. We will provide you with

return instructions and a return authorization code.

We created Set4Pets with love and care, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our policy balances flexibility

for our customers with quality protection for our products—so your pet always enjoys the safety and comfort they deserve.

6. Warranty & Limitations of Liability

• The Product carries a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

• This warranty excludes damage caused by pets (scratching, chewing), misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and

tear.

• To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Set4Pets shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential

damages, including but not limited to injuries to pets or humans resulting from improper use of the Product.

• No oral or written information from Set4Pets or its representatives creates additional warranties beyond those stated herein.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product designs, and content on this website are the property of Set4Pets. Unauthorized use,

reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

a. Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product shall be

resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer

Arbitration Rules. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if eligible.

b. Class Action Waiver: You and Set4Pets agree that claims must be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff

or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general

actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not permitted.

c. Jury Trial Waiver: By agreeing to arbitration, you and Set4Pets waive the right to a jury trial.

d. Governing Rules & Location: The arbitration shall take place in Pennsylvania, unless both parties agree otherwise. This

provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and applicable U.S. arbitration law.
