All orders ship free within the United States. We ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania within 1 business day of your order.

30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your carrier, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, products that show signs of pet use cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective.

• No restocking fee
• Return shipping is covered by us if the item is defective or arrives damaged; otherwise return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@set4pets.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and our team will send you return instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@set4pets.com within 7 days and we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.
